Grady Hendrix’s The Final Girl Support Group is a hilarious and thrilling twist on the slasher genre, blending horror, humor, and suspense in a way that only Hendrix can. The story follows a group of women who have survived horrific, slasher film like attacks, and now meet regularly in a support group to help each other heal from their trauma. These women, who are all “final girls” from various real life like horror scenarios, have been through unspeakable horrors, but their true struggle comes when someone begins picking them off one by one.
