Narrate your walk to the kitchen like you are the lead in a quiet drama. Call your iced coffee a signature beverage. Describe your cat as your silent companion. It makes the weird feel whimsical.

Add little moments of rebellion

Romanticizing your life is not just about softness. Sometimes it is about chaos. Take the long way home for no reason. Ignore a text on purpose. Eat cake for breakfast. Watch reality TV and pretend it is research. Do small things that remind you this is your life and no one else gets to edit it.

Find the magic in the mundane

Let stillness be enough
