As we approach this milestone of turning 45, I can’t help but reflect on the journey that has brought us here and the path that lies ahead. Aging hasn’t always been easy for us—in fact, we’ve had our fair share of resisting it. But now, standing at the threshold of this new chapter, I find myself embracing the future with a newfound sense of excitement and purpose.
